Getting Fit – 2

So, as of today, I’ve been wearing a pedometer around for a week. Mostly, I wanted to track my activity levels. I haven’t gone out of my way to do anything different. I’m surprised.

On a busy day, I only logged 7500 steps. You should log about 10,000 a day I’ve been told. So, I’ve got some work to do.

Anyone need a walking buddy???
